Serving businesses in a variety of industries, including software/technology, services, retail, wholesale, manufacturing and real estate, and of various sizes, from sole proprietors doing business at a single location to start-ups to multinational corporations.

Working with individuals with various income streams, from employees with stock options to entrepreneurs to retirees.

Providing consultation related to tax planning, business structuring, foreign expansion, IRS and state examinations defense and general tax consulting.
